NOT JUST A PRETTY FACE

Michelle Collins is not just a pretty face, there is something different about her. Perhaps it is that intimidating gaze with the oddly vulnerable blink that does it. Perhaps a sensitive Piscean Moon accentuates her capacity to morph into her roles, ensuring she is a top-notch actress. . Whatever the reason, she hit the stars when she convinced us she was the scheming Cindy in Eastenders rather than the thespian, Michelle Collin, a bit of a one-off kid born in East London, with a European gene. Her granddad was Flemish and stubborn; hard-headed Flemish or not, Michelle was a tough girl, even a bossy girl, who wanted to get her way and her way was acting. So, she joined the Cockpit Youth Theatre at fourteen and never looked back.

Michelle grew up curious in the big wide world, she wanted, nay demanded, mental stimulation; of course, she would get it; her sun sign is Gemini so she is not only determined, she thinks overtime; with that moon of hers in Pisces though, she loves overtime too. Let us put it this way she is an intellectual with a soft heart, the kind of heart that sometimes breaks.

A HUGE HEART

Michelle might emanate an Air Sign toughness, but she can feel vulnerable. When she broke up with her partner Fabrizio Tassalini way back, she overdosed on sleeping pills whilst filming in Cyprus. She was rescued by her costar and eventually pulled herself back from the brink, but the fact remains when she is in love, she morphs from ultra-empathic to OTT deep.

She told the Sun, “We all go through times in our life when we suffer from mental health issues, and we should talk about it. I wrote about it in my book, including when I attempted suicide.

“I’ve become much stronger as I’ve gotten older, but I still want to help other people as much as I can.” She is an Oxfam Ambassador, promoting the right to education and an ambassador for “Ambitious about Autism”.

She also told the Sun she regretted doing Masterchef. She was not in the right frame of mind. Michelle’s mum had just died after a two-year battle with cancer. She felt uncomfortable and out of place. She was grieving.

AN AMAZING CAPACITY

Michelle has an amazing capacity to pull herself back from the brink, so even if her career might have taken the odd nose dive over the years she fixed it. She might have found it more difficult to fix her private life. The good news is that Jupiter in Pisces will always save her at the last minute. That Astro combo ensures she is in tune with life’s deeper meaning. Why? Because she possesses a rare knowing, a gift from a past life that enables her to sink into her soul and understand others with innate compassion.

Her Jupiter ensures she is fulfilling her life mission. Therefore, Michelle ultimately achieves her goals and one of them is playing Miss Scarlett, the mother of all Femme Fatales, in the theatrical production of the board game Cluedo.

She told Country Images Magazine that “Miss Scarlett is one of the most iconic characters, along with Colonel Mustard and maybe Professor Plum, which makes it more difficult to play.” Play it she did, looking gorgeous and doing seductive with a wink. She has maintained her “fascino” over the years and is such an adept actress she plays a young Miss Scarlett with elegance and style.

HAPPINESS AWAITS

Sixty-year-old Michelle was recently engaged to Mike Davidson, who is thirty-eight. They were photographed walking into the Theatre Royal together. They made a gorgeous couple.

The fact is, Michelle will always be a class act, both as a human and a thespian. Since 2022 is a pinnacle year, a year where everything comes together as she enacts her life mission, she will find peace within and a philosophical take on life’s mysteries.
