Ease off on the odd task or two, love, if that’s what’s needed to carve out a bit more time for your studies. If you’re feeling a bit knackered, don’t be bashful about leaning on your nearest and dearest or your better half for a leg up. They’ll be chuffed to bits to run a few errands or whip up some grub whilst you get stuck into what really gets your motor running. And for a bit of luck, try donning a bit of green.
