Is it challenging inheriting beauty, fame and talent? Ask a celebrity kid, they would tell you the cons are obvious. One is lack of privacy; another is feeling you will never be appreciated for your own talent and that your parent’s name and reputation will always precede you. Certainly, celebrity parents open doors in show biz circles, still the kids need to work hard to keep them open.

Joe Kravitz daughter of Lenny Kravitz, the hard core, leather clad rocker, is doing well thank you very much. Not only is she a budding actress and singer she has starred in hit television dramas like “Mad Men”, and “Fury Road”. Inheriting her dad’s super musician genes is no skin off her nose, she is obviously happy to hit the showbiz pavement running with his DNA to back her up!

Frances Bean Cobain is only in her twenties but she is doing a great job as a visual artist cum film producer. Her dad was the rather “drugged up” Kurt Cobain the grunge pop star legend and her mum is Courtney Love, lead singer of the Hole and “loose cannon” on the red carpet. She might not be full on “out there” like mum and dad used to be, but her beauty is considerable and it is said a movie role could be coming up for her soon.

Lily Rose Depp is gob-smackingly beautiful and already a budding actress and model. She is the spitting image of her gorgeous parents with Johnny’s exotic hotness and Vanessa Paradis’ high cheek bones. It appeared the whole world went wild when she made her first appearance on the catwalk. She is now the “Face of Chanel.” Wow, that was fast work Lily, only yesterday you were a little kid.

Rafferty Law is about to hit the high note as an actor and model. Having a hot dad like Jude Law and a super mum like Sadie Frost, might have helped him on his way. Are his parents proud of his looks and “show off” gifts? They must be. He has already modelled for Fashion Week and plays in a band called Dirty Harrys. Will he hit the high note full on? That is not guaranteed so far, but at least he is striking out on his own.

Brooklyn Beckham went through some basic adolescent growing pains, but he is looking good and is working as a teen model now. He has signed up for a model agency and is tipped to strike it hot in high society. His next shot might be acting. We can only wait and see.

Certainly Kelly Osbourne had the right genes when it came to making a nuisance of herself. In other words she decided to imitate dad and become famous. After “The Osbourne’s” reality show hit our TV screens big time, Kelly sorted out her weight issues, got some minor plastic surgery, released an album, appeared in various shows, and eventually became a successful host on “E’s Fashion Police”. Striking out on her own led her to the success she yearned for obviously Ozzie Osbourne and mum Kelly are proud.

Stella McCartney just got on with it! Being the daughter of one of the most famous musicians in the world did not faze her. Instead she decided to grow up fast and become famous off her own bat. She became a hot fashion designer. She is now a “name” in the haute couture business, and her label is worn by celebs worldwide.
