King Charles III
DOUR AND INTROVERTED
Charles could be one of the most misunderstood members of the royal family. A dour Saturn influence depicts him as repressed and introverted. He is also inclined to fumble and mumble when put on the spot, but make no mistake he has mobilized his inner resources for years and is more than capable of holding on to his crown even if some might perceive him as being unable to hold on to his pen during a signing ceremony in Northern Ireland recently.
So, who is His Majesty Charles Philip Arthur George, K.G., K.T., G.C.B., O.M., A.K., Q.S.O., P.C., A.D.C once Prince of Wales, Earl of Chester, Duke of Cornwall, Duke of Rothesay, Earl of Carrick, Baron of Renfrew, Lord of the Isles, and Prince and Great Steward of Scotland? Well, for starters he is now King of England even if past photos show a sad little tot sitting forlornly in his pram, unable to hold on to his rattle let alone a royal title.
Born in Buckingham Palace while his father the Duke of Edinburgh was busy playing squash, he weighed into life as a big baby, a tad over seven pounds, Charles had a stressful relationship with his father, who wanted him to “toughen up” and become self-reliant. Charles got on better with mum and grandma. He shared a Leo placement with the Queen’s mum, born on the fourth of August.
His beloved mom “Lilibet” was welcomed into the world under the happy rays of a Leo Moon and he has Leo rising. In other words, his Astro DNA is doing a good job when it comes to stepping into his new role with the right measure of fire sign dignity and aplomb. No longer the awkward schoolboy or the odd prince who talked to trees, no longer the cruel and unfaithful husband his subsequent maturation has enabled him to understand what his subjects expect of him.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
As a sensual and attractive young man, he tried to keep his numerous love affairs under wraps. He had a massive crush on Barbara Streisand, adored the actress Susan George, and definitely flirted with Sabrina Guinness. No matter his self-conscious demeanour, he has always been a hottie Scorpio and passion will probably never be eliminated from his boudoir.
However, when it comes to his current popularity, inevitably the great British public will cast the last vote. Can they forgive the dishonour cast upon the Royals by Prince Andrew, or alleviate a suspicion that dark and hidden forces were the cause of Princess Diana’s death? Will his smiles and waves cover up that whiff of royal dysfunction, placate the tabloids and silence the palace vipers? In other words, will King Charles III hold his own on the throne? After all, he has a lot to deal with notably Harry and Meghan. Yet with a determined moon in Aries, he will continue to seek a benevolent solution. He got to grips with Meghan from the start, he even nicknamed the hottie starlet ‘Tungsten’ because of her resilience to challenge when Harry and his daughter-in-law started hanging out. However, at this point in time, he might be looking at the situation differently, and Meghan’s manipulative attitude must be of some concern to him..
A SPIRITUAL MONARCH?
Yet, facts are facts. The shy schoolboy who admired others’ resilience has finally morphed into a tough yet distinguished elderly gentleman, more like his dad, the Duke, in his later years. Some might say he is a spiritual man too. Many will trust a King who defines his “Particular relationship and responsibility toward the Church of England— as follows
…..” the Church in which my own faith is so deeply rooted”.
A man who pledged that “whatever may be your background or beliefs, I shall endeavour to serve you with loyalty, respect and love.” will certainly command respect.
Charles the III has become King of the United Kingdom in turbulent times, Yet, somewhere deep inside of his heart, there is still that shy yet rebellious kid who loved to laugh at Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan in the Goon Show and still adores a woman who many might find inappropriate for the role of Queen. A man who likes to swim in his altogether in his private pool, who continues to support organic farming and who stands tall against climate change. Certainly, he will do great when it comes to military parades holding his head as high as his crown. So, “God Save the King” as he steps into a new era, and perhaps a more innovative version of the monarchy than the British Isles has ever seen.
