LARGER THAN LIFE

Those words “larger than life” do not apply to everyone, but they certainly apply to Alex Reid; a diamond geezer, a rebel who could flatten you if you fell out of line. This does not mean he is a physically violent man, but he could have trouble expressing his personality in a balanced manner and end up being misunderstood.

He is a mixed martial arts artist and feels he knows what he is doing when it comes to the material world, but when it comes to love, he still has lessons to learn. He is a young soul who comes to this earth to discover what it means to be a giving human, what it means to go deep, to find his core, to express his essential being. Speaking about his penchant for body awareness in his youth, he said,

“It was just a natural progression. I started off doing kung fu and karate-style tournaments before moving on to boxing, kickboxing, a little bit of judo, and jiu-jitsu. MMA was a natural progression for a young lad wanting to find the latest and best style. It’s just the most efficient and effective blend of martial arts, really.

EXPRESSING FEELINGS

With his sun in Cancer and Moon in Capricorn, he lives to the hilt. He organises, and he holds his own, however, his plans do not always go as well as he expects. He finds it hard to express feelings. He might appear cold, unavailable but that is because he is sussing you out. Once you have won his trust, he will be your buddy, but you will still have to work at the friendship if you want him to have faith in you.

One could claim his light side contradicts his dark, reflected in challenging emotional choices and his tendency to “go against the mainstream grain”, which partners might find difficult to handle. He is an anti-masker, claiming coronavirus can be cured by a ‘positive mindset’. He does not buy into rules or regulations, he buys into self-awareness and responsibility when it comes to maintaining his health.

The Mail reported the former Hollyoaks star said: ‘I 100 per cent have had it right at the beginning. I felt s****y for days. I had the poos and an achy body, all that stuff. And I didn’t do anything.

‘I just recovered, rested and did what you thought you would normally do when you feel poorly. I ate well…..”

A GOOD MAN

His radical stance might be difficult to understand, but this a basically good man who seeks to enhance his emotional intelligence, even if he falls into crisis in the process. When his marriage with Katie Price broke down, he underwent therapy to combat his self-destructive thoughts. In other words, his soul knows what he needs to do to find inner peace, but life circumstances might sabotage his attempts to create harmony. However, notwithstanding the challenges, with Venus on his side, he is destined to maintain high-voltage energy and recover from health and psychological imbalances.
He did confess to the Mail on Line ‘… I’ve been horrendously trolled, I mean viciously.

‘,…specifically, by the hands of my ex-wife, which is even crazier, who runs an anti-trolling society. And what she would do is she’d get all of her fans to say the most horrific, disgusting things.

“I’ve had so much therapy ….. sticks and stones may break your bones, but names will never hurt you. How they do.’

Basically, this is a man who needs to rebuild his trust in relationships, to adhere to concrete actions to feel secure; perhaps that is why he threw himself into his very own fitness centre. It grounded him and helped him focus.

He admitted to the Mail, “So, I’m tough, but really deep down, there’s a scared little boy who’s crying, screaming, not wanting to be there. I’ve always felt different. I’ve always felt like I wanted to fit in. But when I got in there, I didn’t fit in. And now I understand why.” Therapy has helped him understand that having six siblings might not have been a “Happy Family” after all.

The good news is that Mars holds its own when it comes to Alex Reid’s future. The warlike planet will encourage him to shine, to throw himself, heart and soul, into what matters to him, and what probably matters to him is being a dad to the daughter he conceived with his now ex, fellow Celebrity Big Brother winner Chantelle Houghton.

Yes, Alex is impulsive, bold, and courageous, even when life is not handing him a prize on a silver platter. Ups and downs remain frequent, but if he continues to maintain his Diamond Geezer qualities, he will triumph over adversity, and the positive aspects of his personality will shine even if a revolutionary Uranus might throw a spanner in the works now and then In fact, the Astro do show that he will break through boundaries and finally move forward full speed ahead!
